Mental health is how we think, feel and behave as we face the daily ups and downs of our lives.

Mental health problems such as depression are the leading cause of disability for young people worldwide.

Prevention, early detection and treatment are key issues. But stigma continues to surround mental health and it is often difficult for people to get the help they need.
